502 URBAN COFFEE is Bronte Village’s own specialty coffee story. The shop got its start selling coffee at the Bronte Farmers’ Market, and the response was strong enough that in the summer of 2025 it opened a café of its own on Lakeshore Road West — a few minutes’ walk from our start line.
What makes their cup different is where it comes from. The coffee is sourced directly from small growers in Guatemala — varieties like Catuai, Yellow Bourbon, and Caturra from regions including Antigua and Huehuetenango — then roasted locally in small batches so each origin’s natural flavours come through. Alongside the coffee you’ll find cold brew, matcha clouds, lemonade, hibiscus, chai, and a case of fresh baked treats.
On race day, 502 URBAN COFFEE set up at the Father’s Day Waterfront Festival vendor market, keeping runners, spectators, and volunteers caffeinated as the 2026 Mercedes-Benz Oakville Bronte Harbour Classic 5K came home along the harbour.
Why we love having them at the Classic
They're our Bronte Village neighbours. Their café sits just up Lakeshore from our start line, and on race morning they were pouring cold brew and hibiscus for finishers before most of Oakville had finished breakfast.
