Your first race, or your fastest
Flat, fast and forgiving. If you've never pinned on a bib, this is the one — you can walk every step and still get a medal. If you're chasing a personal best, the course is certified and chip-timed.

The single most common thing we heard after year one. Same lakeside route, twice the distance, chip-timed on a certified course. This one is a run — not a run or walk.

Their first finish line
One kilometre, no timing, no pressure. Every child crosses to a cheering crowd and a finisher medal of their own. It runs first at 8:00 AM so parents can watch, then race themselves.

The Kids 1K finishes before the 5K and 10K start, so your kids can run their race and you can run yours. Strollers are welcome on the 5K — start toward the back and own the course.

Chip Timing
Professional chip timing on the 5K and 10K, with net time, gun time and instant results posted. The Kids 1K is deliberately untimed.

Full access to the Father's Day Waterfront Festival — live music, beer garden, food vendors, kids zone. All day.

2027 Registration Pricing
The 5K and 10K share one schedule and prices rise on set dates — the earlier you commit, the less you pay. The Kids 1K is one flat price all season.

Prices are in Canadian dollars and include Race Roster processing fees. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Last Chance registrants receive a GearTOP hat rather than a race shirt — shirt orders close June 1, 2027.

A few things to know
We want race day to be smooth, safe, and fun for everyone. Here's what to keep in mind:
Strollers welcome on the 5K. We love that you're running with your family. Start toward the back so faster runners have room — then own that course.
Headphones are fine. Keep the volume low enough to hear course marshals — they're there to keep you safe and moving.
No bikes, scooters, or dogs on course. Save the leash run for the morning after — race day the course is yours on foot only.
Wear your bib on your front. Chip timing needs a clear line of sight to the bib — keep it visible and you'll get an accurate result.
Registrations are non-transferable. For insurance reasons we can't swap bibs between participants — but your entry is yours to show up and use.
