The first-ever Bronte Harbour Classic brought a professionally chip-timed 5K, the Speak Squad Kids 1K Fun Run, and a full-day waterfront festival to Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park — live music, a vendor expo, the Nickel Brook beer garden, and kids activities along the harbour. All donations collected went to the Oakville Dads Community Fund.

Setup crew arrives

Festival tents, vendor market, and beer garden area all coming to life on the waterfront.
7:00 AM

Race-day bib pickup opens

Last chance to grab your race kit and check in before the start line.

Speak Squad Kids 1K Fun Run

The smallest runners take the course first — and earn the biggest cheers.

5K Race Start

The Mercedes-Benz Oakville pace car takes the lead. The inaugural Bronte Harbour Classic 5K is underway.
9:15 AM

Awards Block 1 — Open Podium

Top 3 Men's Open and Top 3 Women's Open take the stage. Cash prizes and ON Running shoes awarded.
10:30 AM

Beer Garden Opens · Live Music Begins

Nickel Brook Brewing opens the taps. The waterfront festival is in full swing.
11:30 AM

Awards Block 2 & Grand Prize Draw

All age category medals presented. The Mercedes-Benz Oakville Grand Prize Draw — you had to be present to win.

The Father's Day Festival

The race was just the beginning. From 10:30 AM, Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park transformed into a full-day celebration on the harbour.

Beer Garden

Nickel Brook Brewing

Cold craft beer, hard cider, and RTDs poured at the waterfront from 10:30 AM. Because every finish line deserves a toast.

Nine Food Trucks. One Waterfront.

BBQ, coffee, juice, hot sauce, butchery, tacos, ice cream, and more — part of 60+ vendors and exhibitors lining the finish-line festival all morning and afternoon.

Bouncy Castles & Activities

Bouncy castles, activities, and the Bando interactive drumming group in the Kids Corner. Every Kids 1K finisher walked away a champion.

Live Music All Day

Local artists performed live on the waterfront all morning and into the afternoon festival — from interactive kids entertainment at 9 AM through the post-race beer garden celebration.
