The ICE Cream Man is exactly what the name promises: a classic ice cream truck built for events, serving fresh soft serve and the full roster of truck-window favourites — cones and waffle cones, milkshakes, banana boats, slush, peanut parfaits, and ice cream sandwiches.
The truck spends its season working weddings, sports tournaments, fundraisers, school events, corporate picnics, and festivals — anywhere a crowd and a hot day meet. Book it for an afternoon and the dessert course drives itself to you.
On race day, the truck parked at the Father’s Day Waterfront Festival vendor market, handing cones and slush to runners, kids, and spectators as the 2026 Mercedes-Benz Oakville Bronte Harbour Classic 5K filled Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park.
Why we love having them at the Classic
A Father's Day festival on a June morning needs an ice cream truck — it's practically the law. With hundreds of finishers coming off the course and kids fresh from the Speak Squad Kids 1K, a window serving soft serve and slush was one of the busiest spots on the waterfront.
