Ember & Ray creates thoughtfully designed UPF 50+ tested kidswear that makes sun protection easier for everyday family life — from school and park days to travel and outdoor play. Founded in Ontario in 2024 and inspired by the founder’s daughter Kaia, the brand reimagined protective wear to be soft, stylish, and parent-approved without sacrificing performance.
The collection covers everyday essentials for kids ages 3 to 8: thumbhole long-sleeve crewnecks in soft bamboo blends, lightweight jackets with high collars for extra neck coverage, grow-with-me pants, rashguards, polos, and sun hoodies — all tested to UPF 50+, blocking 98% of harmful UV rays. Even their UV bead bracelets do double duty, changing colour in sunlight so kids can see when it’s time to cover up.
