Set up at the Father's Day Waterfront Festival vendor market on race day, introducing runners and families to Reformer Pilates.

Club Pilates South Oakville is the neighbourhood outpost of the world’s largest Pilates brand — a studio built around low-impact, full-body Reformer workouts designed to make Pilates accessible, approachable, and welcoming to everyone. Classes run across multiple levels and formats, and every instructor completes more than 500 hours of comprehensive training before taking the front of the room.

The Reformer is the star, but it doesn’t work alone: classes weave in the springboard, EXO-Chair, TRX, TriggerPoint, and mat work, so no two sessions feel the same. For runners, that mix hits exactly what the sport neglects — core stability, hip mobility, balance, and the deep strength that keeps strides efficient and injuries away.

On race day, Club Pilates South Oakville set up at the Father’s Day Waterfront Festival vendor market, meeting the runners and families of the 2026 Mercedes-Benz Oakville Bronte Harbour Classic 5K just a short drive from their own studio.

Why we love having them at the Classic

Runners are famously bad at cross-training, and Reformer Pilates is one of the best answers there is — core strength, mobility, and balance without pounding the pavement. Having a south Oakville studio at a south Oakville race made that conversation easy.
