At the 2027 Event
Returning as Supported Charity for 2027 — all donations collected go to the Oakville Dads Community Fund.
The Oakville Dads Community Fund returns as the supported charity of the Mercedes-Benz Oakville Bronte Harbour Classic, the same role it held at the inaugural 2026 race. All donations collected during registration and on race day go directly to the Oakville Dads Community Fund through the Oakville Community Foundation — supporting programs that strengthen fatherhood, family, and community in Oakville.
A volunteer-driven group founded in 2018, Oakville Dads runs golf tournaments, a scholarship fund, and community giving that supports the Oakville Foodbank, Oakville Meals on Wheels, and Oakville SafetyNet. Building the race around a Father’s Day morning was never a coincidence — it is the whole point.
Why we love having them at the Classic
This is the reason the race lives on Father's Day. All donations collected during registration and on race day go to the Oakville Dads Community Fund through the Oakville Community Foundation — a volunteer group of local dads quietly doing an enormous amount of good in our town. Back again for 2027.

Fun factTheir community fund with the Oakville Community Foundation was set up in 2022 — and a single Oakville Dads golf tournament has raised as much as $40,000 for it.
